The programs are aimed at overall skill development of students. They are aimed to serve as an introduction to outdoor adventure activities for their mental and physical development as well as create awareness to love and preserve nature. Students who are in the 1st and 2nd year of their University/graduation courses of the 3 year degree course (and those in 3rd year only for students who are pursuing 4 years or longer duration UG courses) are eligible for this program.

Student of this age group are young adults, who should ideally have figured a course of career and are confident of starting their professional career within a short span. Communication skills, personality development, working in teams and personality development along with participation in extra-curricular activities enhances the potential of a successful professional.

Our close ties with our Corporate Partners show how the absence of these important life and social skills can impact their eligibility in this competitive age, despite their grades in educational performance. The Program for college students are aimed to hone these skill sets and prepare them for the life ahead. Different volunteering and internship opportunities are available for students under the leadership of distinguished and reputed students bodies to provide them hands-on experience in both outdoor and industrial exposure with prior counseling. HR’s of different companies will take mock interviews to assess their industry readiness and offer constructive feedback to work on improvement areas.


Day 1

Early morning students will be picked up from School (or place of choice of the parents and school authorities) by GO bus or cab, and transferred to the railway station or airport or the journey can be completed by bus ride (as per the trip demand with breakfast on the way). Reach the spot in natures lap, students will freshen up and rest for a while. All students will be provided with rooms or tents in sharing basis. After a sumptuous lunch, the team formation will start with introduction process. The activities, conduct and role of each student will be discussed during this time.

Post lunch, each student will take part in a short hike and bird watching activities. Other species, topography, map reading, geographical studies, geological studies of the terrain will be done under the guidance of a skilled mentor.

In the evening, all students will assemble on the ground and camping activities will start. Lessons will be given on igniting fire through natural process and survival strategies. Star watching and their importance in today’s world will be discussed while snacks is served.

At 9 pm Dinner will be served and 9.30 pm lights will be switched off.

Day 2

Early morning wake up with bed tea around 5.30 am and freshen up for whole day activity. After performing morning exercise for an hour, students will be served a healthy breakfast. Freshen up with breakfast around 7.00 am.

After breakfast Rock Climbing, Hiking activities will be performed till lunch around 12 pm. Post lunch and a short rest, the students will again perform adventure sports activities till dusk. Around 5 pm, return to campsite and freshen up. In the evening, various personality and skill development activities like outdoor games, recitation, quiz competitions, debates, camping and public speaking with nature study activities will be conducted under the guidance of mentor. Hot snacks will be served.

At 9.00 pm dinner will be provided and at 9.30 pm lights will be switched off.

Day 3

Early morning wake up with bed tea around 5.30 am and freshen up for physical exercise activities for an hour. Return to the campsite around 7.00 am with healthy breakfast.

Around 8.00 am the whole team will assemble on the ground and top 3 campers will be selected according the performance shown by the students on camp. Shortly the team will move towards the station with lunch on the way and by evening the team members will be transferred to their respective choice of destinations.
