Day 1

NJP to Sillerygaon : Arrive at NJP early in the morning and transfer to Sillerygaon, a distance covered in about 3.5 to 4 hrs. Rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight at Sillerygaon.

Day 2

Sillerygaon – Reshikhola : Early morning wake up and after breakfast proceed for sightseeing. En-Route visit the ruins of Damsang, Tinchuley, Silent Valley and the Ramitay point. Witness the 14 bends of river Teesta from Ramitay. After lunch drive through the scenic route to reach Reshikhola. Check in at camp or hotel at the bank of the Reshikhola. Rest of the day is free of leisure. Overnight at Reshikhola.

Day 3

Reshikhola sight-seeing : After breakfast, prepare for a full-day sight-seeing. evening back to the hotel & after dinner over night stay at Reshikhola.

Day 4

Reshikhola – Zuluk : After breakfast, leave for Zuluk. On the way witness the sublime beauty of nature at Rongli,Lingtham, Padamchen and then reach Zuluk. Check at a Home stay at Zuluk. Evening free for leisure and enjoy the sunset from Balasura Point. Overnight stay at Zuluk.

Day 5

Zuluk sight-seeing: After breakfast go for a full-day sight-seeing. evening back to the hotel and with dinner over night stay at Home stay in Zuluk.

Day 6

Zuluk – Aritar : Early morning after breakfast start for Aritar. En route witness the magical beauty of Silk Route, covering Tukla Kalapokhari, Tukla Baba Mandir, Tukla valley, Jelepla Pass View and Kupup, Hathi Pokhari Lake. At Kupup, see the World’s highest Golf course, the Ice Hockey ground. After lunch leave for Aritar. Overnight at Aritar in hotel.

Day 7

Aritar to NJP drop : After breakfast, check out and drive to NJP railway station or Bagdogra airport for onward journey . Tour ends.

Day 1

Arrival at NJP station/Bagdogra airport in morning  and transfer to Gangtok. Reach Gangtok and check in at hotel.  Evening free for leisure and take a stroll at  M.G. Marg  for shopping . Overnight stay at Gangtok at a Hotel.

Day 2

Today prepare for sightseeing in and  around Gangtok. After breakfast by cab proceed towards Tsongmo lake & Baba Mandir. After lunch visit Nathu La. Return to Gangtok by evening. Overnight at Gangtok.

Day 3

Early morning wake up and start for Lachung. On the way enjoy stopover at wonderful locations like Kabi Lungstok, Naga Waterfalls, Tashi Viewpoint and Chungthang to witness the confluence of Lachen chu and Lachung Chu, Twin Waterfalls and Bhim Nala Waterfalls. Overnight in Lachung.

Day 4

Today wake up early and after breakfast prepare for a scenic drive towards Yumthang famously called as the ͞Valley of flowers through Shingba Rhododendrom Sanctuary. Also visit Yumesamdong & Zero Point. Later in the evening return to Lachung. Overnight at lachung.

Day 5

Early morning wake up and after breakfast check out from hotel to visit Katao Pass. After lunch prepare for another scenic drive and reach Lachen. Overnight at a home stay at Lachen.

Day 6

Today also we will start early and after breakfast will go to Thangu Village. Thangu is a remote high altitude village of Tibetan people. We will also explore  Chopta Valley and the famous Gurudongmar Lake. Later in the evening return to Lachen. Overnight at lachen.

Day 7

Today after breakfast drive back to Gangtok after in a whole day journey. En route visit Bakthang Monastery, Enchey Monastery, flower Exhibition centre, Handicraft Centre for excursion.  Overnight at Gangtok in a hotel.

Day 8

After breakfast proceed for NJP station/Bagdogra airport by Cab. Tour ends.

Day 1

Arrival at Gangtok

On your arrival at Bagdogra airport/ Jalpaiguri railway station/ Tenzing Norgay bus stand, meet our tour representative and get transferred to Gangtok.

Popular as the ‘land of monasteries’, Gangtok is an important tourist destination to visit in India. Being the capital town of Sikkim, around 60km away, Gangtok has all what a traveler looks for a perfect holiday. It is a beautiful town with varieties in Rhododendron, orchids and butterflies. The town is best-know for its tranquil and aesthetic ambience.

With its breathtaking attractions, the place allures travelers from all parts of India and across the globe. Check-in at a pre-booked hotel and stay overnight.

Day 2

Gangtok Sightseeing

Today, have breakfast and leave for sightseeing tour to Gangtok. Some of the important places of interest we take you to are- Directorate of Handicrafts and Hand ooms Emporium, Research Institute of Tibetology, Do Drul Chorten (Stupa), Enchey monastery, White hall, Flower Show, Ganesh Tok, Hanuman Tok, Tashi View point and Banjhakri falls.

Directorate of handicrafts and hand looms Emporium is one among the best places to shop in the state of Sikkim. The center has a wide collection of beautiful thangka paintings, wooden masks, traditional hats and caps, stuffed dolls, embroidered products, carpets, hand looms and cane and bamboo work. The center is also a training center for those who want to learn about handicraft.

Other attractions-Do Drul Chorten, a magnificent stupa put up by the head of the Nyingma order of Tibetan Buddhist, Trullshi Rinpoche. It is the biggest stupa in Sikkim and is home to a complete set of Dorjee Phurba, Kangyur relics (holy books) and other religious objects. There are 108 prayer wheels around the stupa, which are turned to read the mantra ‘Om Mane Padmane Hum’ engraved on it.

Surrounded by tall pine trees all around, Enchey Monastery is believed to be constructed on a land blessed by Lama Druptob Karpo (a tantric master). The monastery is highly revered and inside the monastery you can see some shells that are considered auspicious Buddhist symbols. Listed among the most important temples to visit in Sikkim is Ganesh Tok, at an altitude up to 6500 ft. The main deity presiding inside the temple is of Lord Ganesha. The temple is not only visited to seek blessings, but also to enjoy the surrounding and the scenic views from the hill top. In-addition, if it is a clear day then you can also have a fascinating view of Kanchenjunga (the third highest peak).

Adore the spectacular views of Kanchenjunga (on a clear day) and rising sun from Tashi view point. In case, if you want to have an unforgettable experience of these notable peaks and gorgeous surrounding, then you need to head here before 5am.

Later, in the evening either you can relax or stroll around the local bazaars of the place. Some of the important that you should definitely buy during your trip to Gangtok are handicrafts, locally made artifacts, shimmering jewelries, Tibetan carpets, alpine cheese, black cardamom, Sikkim tea and other traditional outfits.

Day 3

Excursion to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir

On third day of your short escape to Gangtok tour, have breakfast and get ready for short trip to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir. Settled at an altitude up to 12, 400ft, Tsomgo Lake is one of the popular tourist spots in Sikkim. Locals here claim that in earlier times, the color of the lake was studied by Lamas in order to predict the future. The water of the lake derives from melting of snow from mountains. Usually, the lake is covered with snow for most of the year. To enjoy the serenity, indulge in Yak ride or mule ride along the lake.

Another attraction, Baba Mandir is an important shrine, built in the memory of Baba Harbhajan Singh (a soldier); the holy place is now maintained by Indian army. The temple is located at a height up to 1300 ft and is just few kilometers away from Tsomgo Lake.

Rest of the evening is free to roam around MG mall road or local shopping complex. Overnight stay in the hotel.

In case of landslides or any other reason if Tsomgo Lake is closed then an alternate sightseeing is provided.

Day 4

Departure Gangtok to Siliguri

Breakfast and check-out form the hotel and straight away travel to Siliguri. Further, drive to Jalpaiguri railway station/Bagdogra airport/Tenzing Norgay bus stand, for your onward destination.

Rules And Regulations

GroupOuting™ reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary depending on weather conditions or other factors outside our control. Amendments may be made to suit the accommodation availability without changing the total number of days in each destination. Even if there are any changes to the day to day activities planned, we would not compromise on any services.

The vehicle used may be AC or NAC based on availability and climate, and will be used for point to point transfer services only and is not at disposal. Clients are requested to follow the itinerary as general guidelines.

Payment Policy

In order to book a GroupOuting™ Exclusive tour, 50% payment is needed. Use the payment button to proceed booking the tour.

You will receive a payment receipt on payment of booking fee. The remainder 50% fee has to be paid 15 days before the departure date.

The undisputed refund amount, if applicable, will be refunded within 10 days of notifying GroupOuting™.

Cancellation Policy
  • If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, no cancellation fees will be applicable.
  • If cancellations are made within 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 20% of booking value will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made within 7-15 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of booking value will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • If cancellations are made within 0-7 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of booking value will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However no refund will be provided for the same.
